Mr.Rodi ("we") is the controller of the personal data collected through mrrodi.bengal.com.tr. This notice explains, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which data we process and why.
What data
- Name, address, email address and phone number (orders, delivery, customer service)
- Order and payment details (payments are handled by an authorised payment provider; we do not store card details)
- Messages you send us through forms, email or WhatsApp
- Technical data such as IP address and cookies (see the cookie policy)
Purposes and legal bases
- Performing the contract: processing, delivering and handling returns of your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Legal obligation: statutory retention of invoices (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
- Legitimate interest: securing the website and preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- Consent: newsletter and non-essential cookies — you can withdraw it at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
Retention
We keep order and invoice data for seven years (tax retention). Account data is kept as long as your account exists, newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Recipients
We only share data with parties needed to fulfil your order (payment provider, carrier, hosting) under a data processing agreement. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send your request to info@mrrodi.nl; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
