14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Let us know within that period via info@mrrodi.nl or using the model form below.
Returning
- Send the product back to Rietkraag 18, 4386 GC Vlissingen, Nederland within 14 days of your notice.
- Handle the product with care; only inspect it as you would in a shop.
- Return shipping costs are yours, unless the product is damaged or was delivered incorrectly.
Refund
We refund the purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have shown that it was sent back.
Exceptions
- Products unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (for example opened food packaging).
- Products that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
- Products made to your specifications.
