Where we deliver
We deliver to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery time
Orders paid on working days are usually prepared for shipping within 1–2 working days. The carrier then usually delivers within a few working days. Around holidays and busy periods it may take a little longer; we deliver within 30 days at the latest.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your order amount and delivery address and are shown before you complete your order. Above a certain amount shipping is free; the current amount is shown in the shop.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive an email with the tracking code. You can also see the status under your orders in your account.
On receipt
Is the packaging visibly damaged? Report it to the courier right away and contact us at info@mrrodi.nl, ideally with a photo.
