2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed through mrrodi.bengal.com.tr. We make this text available before the contract is concluded; by completing your order you accept it.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are in the currency shown and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding.
4. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded once you complete the order and payment succeeds. You receive a confirmation by email straight away.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries available at checkout within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner (see "Shipping and delivery"). The risk of loss or damage passes to you once you have received the parcel.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Conditions, exceptions and the model form are on the "Right of withdrawal and returns" page.
7. Conformity and warranty
We guarantee that products conform to the contract and to reasonable expectations. Your statutory rights always apply. Report defects within a reasonable time after discovering them via info@mrrodi.nl.
8. Complaints
Send complaints to info@mrrodi.nl. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may turn to the competent court.
9. Governing law
This contract is governed by the law of the seller's country of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
